Frank Manfre earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey, and a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Eduction from the Terachers College at Columbia University. He also earned a B.A. in philosophy from Loyola University Maryland. He has been teaching philosophy at MCCC since 2012.
