Self-Directed Search
The most widely used of career assessments, designed to help with major decisions among careers and education. Must be taken at Career Services; takes about 30 minutes.

Strong Interest Inventory
Another test to measure your interests plus your personal work style, giving you ideas of careers to explore. Can be taken online.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
The most validated and researched of all personality tests, describes 16 personality types. Knowing your personality type can help in choosing a career and in understanding why you and others have certain behaviors in the workplace.
