Library Course Proposal Form

For all courses at MCCC we want to provide Library resources to support student research and study needs specific to the course. To help us do that for your course, please answer the following questions:

What is the number and name of the course?
Please briefly describe what the course covers (subject matter, time periods, geographical area, at what depth)
Is there a specific reference source(s) that you have used for similar study in the past that would be useful to your students in this course?
Is there a video(s) or DVD(s) that will be needed for the course?
