Certificate in Drug Development and Clinical Research

In response to the need for trained professionals in the growing pharmaceutical industry, the Institute for Business and Professional Development at Mercer is pleased to introduce a new certificate program in Drug Development and Clinical Research. This program will prepare you for a job in the pharmaceutical industry, as a Research Assistant, Clinical Research Associate, or Data Coordinator.

Who Should Attend: Those with a BA or BS in:

• Nursing
• Pharmacy
• Chemistry
• Biology
• Medical Technology

To earn the certificate, you must complete the following three courses:

Foundations of Clinical Research and Study Design

Regulatory and Legal Issues

Clinical Data Management / Biostatistics
