Rapid change in healthcare, the current nursing shortage and the projected need for nurse educators is leading more and more nurses to earn their bachelor's degree in order to take full advantage of increasingly diverse oportunities for professional growth.  Seton Hall's on-line BSN program for RNs, offered by Seton Hall University College of Nursing, prepares RNs for exciting, multifaceted professional roles in nursing.  They provide a flexible and supportive "learning team" environment thta allows students to maintain their current lifestyle and career commitments.  Their innovative 5-semester program offers the required 34 nursing credits (9 courses), four nursing courses require a faculty-approved clinical component.   Three on-campus weekend residencies are also included to enhance faculty/student interaction, technology/resource training and verbal presentation skills.  This program is available to registered nurses's who graduated from either a diploma school of nursing or an associate degree school of nursing.
