WEST WINDSOR, N.J. -- As part of their fifth anniversary fund raising event, the James Tolin Memorial Fund will present Charles Busch's hilarious, gender-bending comedy Psycho Beach Party, at Kelsey Theatre on June 22 and 23. Tickets for the tax-deductible event are $35 for the Opening Night Red Carpet Gala and $25 for the regular Saturday evening performance and reception.

Proceeds will benefit the Open Arms Foundation, Graffiti Productions and the James Tolin Memorial Scholarship at MCCC. Over the last four years, the JTMF has raised over $30,000 by presenting events which featured productions of Paul Rudnick's "Jeffrey," Harvey Fierstein's "Torch Song Trilogy," Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple," Paul Rudnick's "Mr. Charles Currently of Palm Beach" and Nicky Silver's "The Altruists."

Directed by Brian A. Bara of Levittown, PA, Psycho Beach Party features Nicole Patrick as Chicklet; Adam Fitting as Kanaka; Mark Violi as Star Cat; Damian Gaeta as Provoloney; Josiah DeAndrea as YoYo; Josh Minton as Nicky; Liz Bartlett as Dee Dee; Tina Henderson as Berdine; Aubrey Malloy as Marvel Ann; Cat Miller as Bettina Barnes and Doug Edelson as Mrs. Forrest.

Psycho Beach Party takes on everything from "Gidget" and "Frankie and Annette," to "Psycho" and "The Three Faces of Eve," and everything in between. Join the gang down in Malibu, circa 1962, as they try to figure out just who is attacking and shaving ALL the hair off of innocent beach-goers. Dig your toes in the sand, have a Mai-Tai and dance the "Watutsi" as we travel down Baby-Boomers' memory lane, frolicking in the surf and making plans for the big luau.

This year's silent auction features items donated by several celebrities, including Carol Burnett, Robin Williams, the cast of ABC's "Desperate Housewives," gender-illusionists Miss Coco Peru and Lypsinka and the play's author and original star, Mr. Charles Busch, among others. Local and national silent auction donors include Discovery Toys, Broadway Cares, Silver Decoy Winery, Studio 202, The Kelsey Theatre, Cruise One, Comcast Cable, Logo, Bravo, the Edmonton Oilers hockey team and Miele Appliances.
