Helps Prepare for Childhood Hunger Day

At left, MCCC Student and Hospitality Club treasurer Gina Wieger prepares salads with MCCC instructor, chef Anne Lumberger. At right is student Aysha Choudhry. The Hospitality Club assisted several chefs in preparing healthful foods, including turkey, salads and grapes, for a "Childhood Hunger Day" demonstration.
