MCCC Honors Night for Graduating Students

Academic award winners from the Arts and Communication Division,
announced by Dean Judith Ehresman.

The Business and Technology Division's award winners, announced by Dean Mark McCormick.
Liberal Arts Division award winners were announced by Susan Zambrio, Dr. Robin Schore, Edith Silver, and Dr. Marianne Reynolds. At front, in pink, are mother-daughter graduates Sarah Wildt and Anna Marie Larkin, both Education majors who won the Mercer County Retired Educators Association Scholarship.
Science and Allied Health award winners, announced by Interim Dean Diane Hilker.
John Simone and President Rose present the Tennis Academic Award to Silvina Wills,
a member of MCCC's 2005 team, which won the NJCAA National Championship this year.
Wills was named second-team All-American.
A Criminal Justice major, she hopes to enter the State Police Academy.
Phi Theta Kappa members who won the All-Star designation this year are Magdi Simon and Ping Zhang. At left is PTK Advisor Helene Plank, with President Rose at right and Vice President Tom Wilfrid at the podium. Simon is a Business Administration and Management major. Zhang completed a double major in Chemistry and Lab Technology. She won a full scholarship to Rutgers University.
Bob Pugh and Dr. Rose present the MCCC Faculty Association Scholarship to Daniel Feingold and David Smith. Feingold is an Education major who will continue at Rider University. He also won the “History Student of the Year” award. Smith is also an Education major who plans to continue his studies. He won a PTK award for the highest GPA in his major.
