Students Learn by Cooking with Celebrity Chefs
MCCC culinary students are up to all challenges when it comes to testing their myriad kitchen skills. During the spring, several ventured from their campus test kitchens to work for Master Chef Emeril Lagasse and Food Network’s Iron Chef Cat Cora. All tasks required speed, and the ability to listen, understand, and multi-task. More here with photos.
