JKC to Host Mayoral Debate April 11
The James Kerney Campus will host a Mayoral Debate on Sunday, April 11 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at Kerney Hall. Moderators will be Jim Hooker of New Jersey Network News and Pamela Pruitt of WIMG/Morris Broadcasting. Parking is available at the rear of the building and in the Academy Street lot.
Sustainability Expert Martin Johnson To Speak April 21
Martin Johnson, founder and president of Isles, Inc., a nationally recognized nonprofit community development and environmental organization based in Trenton, will present "Rethinking Environmentalism" at MCCC on Wed., April 21 at 12 noon in CM 109.
Johnson will discuss the impact of climate change on cities and suburbs and other ecological issues facing the planet today. More here.
AAWCC Mini-Conference April 22
The AAWCC Mercer Chapter is hosting a Spring Mini-Conference entitled, "The Making of a Female Executive From Hair to High-heels," on Thursday, April 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Details about workshop topics and guest speaker, Dr. Ollievita Williams, can be found on the registration form linked here.
