Mercer staff members from both campuses were part of Trenton's celebration that welcomed the N. J. National Guard troops home on June 12. Interested in Losing Weight and/or Living a Healthier Life?
Sally Jones, a former Weight Watcher's instructor who once led a group at MCCC is now a certified "Empowerment Coach." We are trying to get a group together to meet with her once a week for weight loss, healthy living, etc. Sally says she would give us a discounted rate of $12 a week per person with a group of at least six people. No long-term contracts involved. "I am sure they will love the coaching spin on healthy living!" she says. See her website here: www.seebelieveachieve.net.

If you're interested please e-mail Saveria Symons at symonss@mccc.edu. There's a story about Sally on the HamiltonPost website here.
