Members of the Mercer County Community College Student Government Association are ready to welcome new students to campus for winter and spring semesters.
WEST WINDSOR – New students, current students at Mercer County Community College and visiting students home on winter break will have an opportunity to catch up or get ahead by earning college credits through accelerated classes during the Winter Session at MCCC, which is now open for enrollment.
Students can choose from a variety of general education requirements, including classes in biology, business, English, mathematics, health, history, social sciences, and Spanish. On-site classes are available in two-week sessions at the West Windsor Campus, or students can study at home or on the go through five-week sessions with MercerOnline.
In addition to Winter Session, registration for MCCC’s Spring semester is now open. Registration is available in-person and online for both sessions at www.mccc.edu/enroll.
The start date for Winter Session on-campus classes is Jan. 3; online classes begin Dec. 19. Spring semester begins for most classes Jan. 17.
Mercer offers more than 100 associate degree and certificate programs with a focus on career areas with projected job growth, including health professions, education, business, law enforcement, and computer technology.
The University Center at Mercer offers students completing their associate degree at MCCC the opportunity to transfer into bachelor’s degree programs offered on the Mercer campus through partnerships with William Paterson University, Rutgers University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Felician College.
