Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) is a field of professional study that will involve you in the exciting and challenging world of science and medicine. As a laboratory professional, you will be performing diagnostic laboratory tests on medical specimens used to diagnose health and disease and involve you as an important member of the health care team.
The Medical Laboratory Technology Program is a NACCLS accredited two-year program of study which combines a pre-professional curriculum of courses in the disciplines of general education, mathematics, and sciences and a professional curriculum consisting of full-time day courses in medical laboratory science with advanced supervised instruction provided in affiliated medical center laboratories.
Our graduates have had great success both in career placement and on their performance on the national certification exams. The faculty and staff are committed and dedicated educators with extensive clinical experience who will guide and support you in achieving your academic and career goals.
