Our ServSafe training course provides professional food protection managers with the tools needed to identify and prevent food borne illnesses. It is now mandatory in New Jersey for at least one person in Risk Type 3 food establishments to have this credential. Our 8-hour training provides you with the training as well as the exam. Please obtain and review the textbook before beginning class and bring two forms of ID (one with photo) to class to take the exam. The exam will be given at the end of the second class.

With Susan's experience in crisis counseling in addition to martial arts, students will receive comprehensive instruction in self-defense. Topics to be addressed include: the expected emotional and mental responses one experiences when being attacked and how to react to them; generic physical responses to the initiation of an attack; and specific physical responses based on the type of attack.
