If you are contemplating changing careers or earning a certificate to further your career, our information sessions are for you. Join members of our staff, along with our experienced instructors, as they present insight into the following certifications and answer your questions and concerns. All information sessions begin promptly at 5:30pm and are located in The Conference Center at Mercer County Community College, 1200 Old Trenton Road in West Windsor, New Jersey.

In response to the continuing need for trained professionals in the biopharmaceutical, medical device and pharmaceutical industries, The Center for Continuing Studies at Mercer is offering this certificate program. Participants who are interested in further growth and who successfully compete their certification program, earn nine graduate credits when they attend Drexel University's Clinical Research Organization and Management master's degree program. Attending this information session will allow you to learn more about this exciting articulation agreement that we have with Drexel University College of Medicine.

Our Veterinary Assistant program has been approved by the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA). COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (CT SCAN)

The CT Scan program is a post-graduate advanced level specialty education program in which a technical certificate is earned. The information session will review this thirteen module, on-line course and the prerequisites needed to take part in it. This on-line CT Scan program is offered for the convenience of professionals seeking knowledge and certification to advance their career.
NEW PATHWAYS TO TEACHING IN NJ
(ALTERNATE ROUTE TO TEACHING)

Are you a college graduate who is thinking of becoming a teacher? New Pathways to Teaching in NJ (NPTNJ) provides you with an alternate route to teaching that has been approved by the Department of Education of the State of New Jersey.This information session will review the program, the requirements needed to apply to the program and will answer any questions that you have.

Come learn about the Phlebotomoy I and Phlebotomy II Externship courses that comprise this certificate program. As the total number of research laboratory panels and medical tests expands due to aging population, employment for phlebotomy technicians is projected to increase at a rapid rate of close to 20 percent, resulting in tens of thousands of new jobs within the next ten years.
