Pilates – Mat
Mat work is a great place to begin with Pilates. All of the fundamental movements and Pilates exercise principles are incorporated into the mat exercises. These exercises are adaptable to any level. Focus on learning the basics correctly while improving strength and confidence! Please wear comfortable clothing; bring a mat and water. Cost: $150

Zumba® Toning
This class combines lightweight resistance training with the international rhythms of the basic Zumba® program to produce a workout designed to tighten and tone the arms, abs, legs and glutes. By shaking maraca-like Toning Sticks to the beat of high-energy music, participants are immersed in a calorie-torching, body-sculpting, head-to- toe dance party. Cost: $150

T’ai Chi for Self-Defense
The principles of Tai Chi, which include soft, flowing movement and calm awareness, will be used in effective self-defense applications, suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical conditioning. Students should have some familiarity with the Tai Chi form and “push hands” or permission from the instructor. Cost: $74
