Mercer women's basketball (5-10) lost their opening game of the CCRI Invitational, falling to host CCRI 37-56.  Freshman Delila Mena (Morrisville, PA/Morrisville) had 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and sophomore Dana Davies (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) added 10 points and 6 rebounds.  Freshman Nyeema Woodall (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Central) had 8 points and 7 rebounds in the loss.
