Mercer women's basketball (3-12) lost a hard fought Region game last night, falling 39-47 at Essex.  Sophomore Chioma Okoro (Queens, NY/Stella Maris) led the Lady Vikings with a double double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 21 rebounds.  Sophomore Cai-Cai Hahn (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor South) added 9 points and freshman Dana Davies (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) had 8 points in the loss.  Freshman Brittanie Bingham (Willingboro, NJ/Pemberton) had 7 assists, 5 steals and 4 rebounds in the losing effort.
